Hi All,

Tried searching with no luck. Wondering if anyone knows whether or not a set of 997.2 TT TPMS sensors would work on a 997.1 TT car? Is there any difference between the sensors for either car - I would think not, but I am being lead to believe they might?

I am looking at a set of 19" replica Ruff wheels that will serve as my winter set for next year. The seller had these on his 997.2 TT and we are not sure if they will work on the .1 model.

I recently replaced my sensors when I upgraded my wheels. I was also looking at a 997.2 at the same time and asked if my new wheels and sensors would work on a 997.2. The answer was no due to incompatibility. Apparently Porsche upgraded the TPMS in the 997.2 starting in 2010.
