I had a 2006 M3 SMG for about 6 months, couldn't stand the way it shifted and sounded.. Like something is wrong with the car.. On my second p turbo and never looking back. Apples and Oranges, can't even compare bmw and Porsche.

I AGREE 100% BUY, DRIVE, PERFORM MAINTENANCE...stop wasting time working the numbers...no one ever wrote on a tomb stone... "Wish I had less my miles on my 997 TT"

Default I've been a car guy ....

... my whole life. Started with a 1971 Dodge Charger in a High School. A 5.0 in college. I've had Audi Quattros, a 300 ZX, a G35 coupe and there's a '69 Mustang project in the garage. I bought my 2007 TT three months ago. It's my dream car. Fastest thing I've ever driven. Tried to keep the miles off it but I just can't. Driving it changes my outlook, my attitude for the day. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Welcome ! Start a new thread with car intro and some pictures, we love those !

Btw folks, this thread is almost 2 years old. Have no idea why it was brought back to the top ? Too much eggnog perhaps ?
