This is also a good option, with CPO.

The first thing I noticed is the pictures appear to be after the current owner received the car. Take a look at the Texas inspection sticker in the corner of the windshield. I think that's a very nice color combination. The seller noted that the Turbo has been serviced by a Porsche dealer except for the last service. Wonder why? The miles aren't terribly high but are reflected in the price point. Yes, I would definitely get a PPI. Ask if the dealer completing the PPI can also check the paint thickness to check for repaired panels.

Whoever took those pictures for the dealer in Wallingford needs to check their camera or smartphone. Those pictures are terrible and don't do that Turbo any justice. I don't have an affiliation with any dealer, just my opinion.

I supposed that depends on if you find cabs appealing. I think cabs are terrific cars just not for me. Having owned both, (and both are terrific) I would probably lean toward a 997 Turbo. A great Porsche and as with any the progression of technology is always there.

Have someone check the PCCB's carefully if that's the direction you are leaning. The replacement cost is not attractive.

love the color, good options but I want to know what's wrong with the paint "from normal use". IMO normal use should not involved any paint damage. If it's just scuffs on the bumpers from kissing other bumpers during parking etc then I would say no big deal and a respray is priced in the sellers asking price.

Definitely get a PPI, maybe it just needs a good detail. but the price point is really kind low

I like the color.

Also own a 997tt, so I naturally lean toward this model.

Trust the PPI, think carefully, there are a lot of choices out there and you WILL find your perfect car.

I also probably paid a bit much for mine, but I didn't want to let a few dollars stop me from getting my dream car!

I also like lower mileage cars, i.e., under 15-20k miles.

Listen carefully to the RL members, do a search on your questions, read past threads.

There is an abundance of expertise here!!

EDIT: re eBay listing. You will probably be able to purchase for ~ 55k or less. Is budget a big concern? Almost 50,000 miles, and you would be the 6th owner.....
