Have to get that done soon. Possibly go to the 2.5 clutch or just another stock. Not sure yet..

It makes sense what TT says about max HP for the stock clutch.. Mine does not slip with pump gas. But it does with race gas (which may put it over the 575 hp mark)
Phillip- if you're due for a new clutch go with Sachs 2.5 kit with OEM flywheel which you should have replaced for good measure. One of my favorite mods on my car.

Simple- the best exhaust is the one that happens to be on your car.

I've been researching this for awhile (200 cel cats), and the AWE seems to be the best blend of power gains, weight reduction, and price...

No idea on the sound, though. Too subjective.

I'm waiting to hear an answer on this also. I never heard timing was advanced. If so, then you would think there is some benefit to using race gas vs. pump gas. Somebody please chime in about the timing... CHeers!

Please look at page 65.. This is a 007-2 but the principles are the same for the Sport Mode.

Toggling the sport button sure does determine with ignition map. Timing, boost, throttle etc...

Nothing on page 65 says the timing is advanced with Sport activated.

On a same note, I just had my boost gauge sorted out as well as for almost year and a half, I drove the car with a max boost of 8-9 psi

No wonder I wasn't impressed with the car and wanted to sell it.

Now that I have figured it out, I am driving the biotch

I am still tied up re-juvinating my '91 Turbo but definitely I am getting the tune.

However I would prefer a custom dyno and not off the shelve tune.

You should get 17psi on your 7TT with Sport button on.

How much boost do you get on your C2? I get 13 psi on my 87Turbo 3.3L Turbo.

I have 1 bar boost spring with a factory boost gauge along with a B&B headers/exhaust which makes the car plenty fast and fun to drive.
