The newer units from Dension, coupled with the latest firmware (0050) seem to be doing just fine.
In many cases (Mercedes, for example) there are compatibility issues. If you check the Dension site, most of the MB Comand head units are not compatible with Dension or other aftermarket bluetooth units. MB only.
Beyond that, settings and installation are critical steps where problems can arise.
