Default Clear Bra Removal

I let my car sit in the sun for about an hour. Peeled off 4 year old clear bra. Just got tired of seeing margin of bra. No problem, came off nicely but left small places of sticky residue.
Suggestions on removing sticky residue? Paint is beautiful. Do not want to damage with caustic chemical.
It was 3m bra.

I've been meaning to remove a 7yr old clear bra off my black 987S as it is becoming faded. How long did the process last. Any tips/advice? Anyone else here had a horror story re removing an old clear bra?

As for glue residue removal, I've heard Goo Gone should work with no bad effects but pls confirm this with someone more knowledgeable.

Goo Gone is the answer! It will remove stuff like that easily and I have used it on cars to remove tar and stuff like that with no issue. And you can get it at Ace or Home Depot or your grocery chain.
--> But it will also remove any polish/wax so you will need to wax the spot again.

My installer uses alcohol to get down to "just" paint then, clays it. I recently had him wrap my 958 and will soon have my 997TT re-done. He did not do the initial wrap, now 4yrs old.

No Leo. I am going "Bra less". Will try to not get close to big trucks and found Dr Color Chip works beautifully.
