Passenger side mirror wont tilt down

Passenger side mirror wont tilt down
when in reverse. Are powered seats a requirement? My seats are manual.

Kosmo - do you have your side mirror adjustment **** set clockwise over to the right mirror? Check that out first. That's the position it needs to be in to tilt down the passenger mirror in reverse.

Memory seats is the option to get mirrors to tilt down. So if you have manual seats you don't have memory and you don't have the swivel down feature.
