Default GT2RS Intercooler retrofit to 997.1tt, can I avoid modifying intake ducts?

Hi all,

I've read with interest the great bang for buck results that other enthusiasts are performing by upgrading their intercoolers to the GT2RS cores. However, everyone seems to be cutting/modifying their existing ductwork to accommodate the new ICs. I would like to avoid this, because I want the option of returning the car to stock in the future for resale.

Can anyone advise, if I can use the ducts from one of the models that uses these newer cores and fit them in directly to a 997.1tt without any modifications?? And if it's the case, do I order 997.2tt ducts? or GT2RS ducts? or something else???

Many thanks for your insights in advance....
