Yes, I had the PES tune before, good but not ideal put it that way.
I did the fvd myself with my laptop, super easy. Ck my car out any time.

Was the fvd a big noticable difference? Im also considering softronic-- P-car guys on the DFC board all rave about it--I just dont know if I believe the 615hp/615tq claims.. Also do you know anybody who has used Manhattan Motorsports in Roslyn? He claims to write his own software???

FVD seems very reliable.

US tuners offer more power.

Make your decision.

Kip Harris is the guy at manhattan motorsports in roslyn, he used to be at farnbacherloles, good guy, very knowledgeable. I believe their software is based on the revo.
The only negative I've heard about softrionics is that they turn off the CEL feature, personally I'd want to know what's going on.

I spoke to Bobby at MM... I asked about their program-he only said they write their own... He said they will dyno before and after to show me the hp/tq gains... Im a little leary of the R&D with their tune...Do you know anybody who used them?

No, not on a 997tt, but I know a guy with the 996tt package is very happy.
That being said, I believe that they do in fact use the revo software with some minor custom tweaks.

still looking for feedback about FVD.

Especially how FVD software reacts at top speed runs.

I believe 7k includes exhaust, headers, software, etc.
Kip is a good guy.

I thought the gauge has a max reading of 18 psi = 1.22 bar

How did you see 1.3 bar?
