Default How to remove the PCM?

I am not sure how to remove the radio/nav unit.

Can anyone help. I need to remove it.

Did a search here for PCM removal and found this. It is for a cayman, but it is essentially the same for our cars. I know because I removed mine this week to install my Tooki bluetooth adaptor.
