Saw my first 997TT today
Well I finally saw up close my very first 997TT today. It looks increadible. It was at my dealer ( Ray Catena Prosche) in the service dept. getting the following done to it for new car delivery: K40 radar, Clear bra, and short shifter. It was GT Silver with black interior. Anyone from this forum??

For all the pre-production talk (on other boards) about how common these cars will be, in 9 months of availability, the only live 997TTs I've seen are: one on showroom floor, pre-delivery; two cars owned by exhaust manufacturers (Fabspeed and AWE), and...mine
I live in suburban Philadelphia, go to NYC often, but have yet to see another one on the road. Now that I've been really looking, I've actually seen more Ferraris than 996 and 997 TTs combined. Just an observation.
And yes, they do look much better in person.

I've seen a total of one on the road. And 4-5 at the dealership. I guess in a city of almost 5 million, a "common" TT is still pretty rare. Lots of 997's of all sorts though.

Not that common yet even here.
