b-line is correct. that is how i found mine also. i started calling in july and finally found a build allocation at princeton porsche in nj where someone who owned that allocation had just cancelled, so i was able to spec out my car for an october build, which was delivered the middle of november. i would agree with b-if you call all the dealers, you will find a car on the ground. i think that 6 speed.com has a dealership advertising one that they have.

Perhaps you should speak to the Salesman you have been working with for the last several months and ask him to locate one for you. He probably would be able to trade the incoming Atlas Grey Stick he told you about or even trade your future Tip. It might save you a lot of work.

Max, good advice from the Doc and B-Line. I got mine in June from Alabama and live in Camarillo, CA. Give Ray Diaz a call at Porsche of Huntsville, AL maybe they can help you, they were great folks to work with.

New 997 Turbo was turned in at Suncoast Porsche with 500 miles, Carlos Amador is salesman looking to sell to an avid Porsche enthusiast. I have bought several cars from Carlos including my 996 GT3, serviced cars there and consider them one of the best to do business with. First class treatment, no gimmicks. Car s/be at approx. MSRP. Number is 941-923-1700. Just passing this on hoping a fellow Rennlister is interested.
