The cheap interior isn't the only Corvette problem, but that has been a sore spot in the McClellan/Hill era. The C4-C6 interiors are just awful, and yes I've owned a few. The C1-C3 cars were NEVER that bad, they were comparable with anything on the road.

Other issues include the crappy short warranty, the total lack of exclusivity, and dealing with Chevy service people (being kind actually referring to them as humans). And finally, the Ricer styling of the C6 is a total turn-off.

Very happy as a 996TT owner.......

Sorry gang, but that FJ Cruiser is just plain ugly. Sorry but for that kind of $ it has got to look good.

It may be ugly to you, but it sure runs nice and is a great everyday driver! And for $30K, I think you are getting alot of car for the money. You must be in a minority, its probably one of the hottest selling cars in the U.S. today!

Heard from a buddy who raced the Mission track on Friday, the 997TT beat the Z06 both with capable drivers, for what it's worth.

Ohh 30k, Sorry I thought someone said it was 50K. To be honest I have not seen many in central NJ, but then again it's not a car that stands out like a Turbo Porsche. For 30K I'm sure it's not a bad knock around car.
