Default PCCB compatibility

I have tried looking it up but can't get a definite answer
Would PCCB brakes (rotors/calipers) from a 997.2 TT compatible with 997.1 TT?

The center lock option might throw this off but my research tells me, it should be OK?
Thanks

Looking at Suncoast Porsche, when filtered on 997 they list PCCBs as fitting 2006-2012; the same goes for Teile.com. Based only on that information, it looks like they would work but I’d try to confirm with a Porsche dealer that the same part number applies to both the .1 & .2 cars. Good luck!

Is your car iron or PCCB currently? The discs should be the same if PCCB, but the only issue may be in the .1 caliper mounting (142mm spacing) compared to the .2 caliper mount spacing, which may be 225mm. If you can confirm one way or another, that will help. I am not certain about either mounting dimensions, though. Both may be 142mm or one or the other. I realize this doesn't answer your question, but it's something else to consider. Iron cars had 350/350mm discs, PCCB were 380/350.

If coming from 350/350mm factory iron, Porsche does offer a cast bracket that was used on some turbo models to go from the 350mm iron disc to 380mm pccb disc (with 142->225mm spacing) and even the 380mm iron to 410mm pccb on the 991 Turbos. This accounted for both the bolt spacing and the larger disc diameter.

It's Iron from the factory and I want to Install both the PCCB rotors as well as the PCCB calipers

So .2 TT PCCB discs be compatible with both .1 & .2 TT PCCB Calipers & vice versa?

Thanks

Ok, I'm pretty certain this will all work if you have the pccb calipers and discs. Rears should be direct swap calipers and discs. The front, you will need the factory cast bracket to go from your 350mm iron setup to the 380mm pccb disc. I can pull a part number tomorrow if you can't find it. But it should be listed under any 997 Turbo pccb car in the parts catalog.

Are you sourcing used calipers and discs?

Yes to fit a 997.1 TT and please feel free to PM the details should you have a set front and rears, discs/calipers, 350 or 380 as long as they would fit the 997.1 TT .
Thanks
