That seems like a beautiful TTS that's been well kept and actually driven as it should be. The price for that turbo S seems right in line with what the market bears at the moment. The 997 turbo market is strong and we should all be thankful for that rather than scoff at cars with anything more than 50k miles.

You can tell Colorado has legal weed by looking at the prices Colorado Springs advertises on their cars. LOL.

I like how the prices reflect as if the car is a collectible but when you go sell it, everybody wants a discount or throws you a lowball. Those of you who have 10-20k miles, you should test the waters at $175k.

Having trouble pinning down theme/motive of this thread. Did you have a bad high mileage experience as a seller?
If you're saying these cars don't hold value with miles or if you actually drive them a lot, I'd agree, but it's not because they start falling apart at 100k miles.
