Default Winter oil change question

So my 997 TT is now in the garage until spring. It’s untaxed, so cannot be driven on the road. I’ve dropped the oil & replaced with 8 litres of Mobil 1 0W40. New oil filter. So should I:

1. Not start it until April 2020?
2. Turn it over with fuel pump fuse(s) removed to distribute oil around engine?
3. Run it stationary in the garage until it’s really hot, to minimise any water vapour in the engine/exhaust?

Thanks in advance for everyone’s thoughts

Do number 1.

And stop using Mobil 0W40.

Use Mobil 5W50.

Don’t start until spring. At that point you can choose to pull the fuel pump fuse if you would like.

Thanks - so if I poured 8L of oil into the oil filler tube, will any now be in the crank case or will it all be in the external oil tank?

Don't the seals to dry out/shrink in the crank case

Oil tank has a non-return valve to prevent oil back-flowing to crank case & flooding turbos. So it doesn’t get into crank case after an oil change until you start engine. So I need to crank it over with fuses removed or run it for 20 mins until it’s nice ‘n hot.
