My opinion, and I practice what I preach, is look at the service history of the car and Porsche's service intervals and if you don't have paperwork/receipts on it then it hasn't been done. A lot of cars with 10 or 20 or 30K miles haven't had anything outside of oil changes and perhaps brake fluid flushed.
My 2011 Turbo S with only 13,000 miles didn't have any receipts so I just did the full 60,000 mile service including all of the other intervals between 0 and 60k miles and/or 6 years.
It was close to $3000 in total but along with my Fidelity Platinum warranty, I am good to go for some time now. That's pretty cheap peace of mind.

Oh and I forgot to mention I bought from said Porsche expert friend so I got a car I know can trust...I don’t have all maintenance records but it’s pretty buttoned up.
