For comparison you may want to review the 08 TT 6MT Aero Kit for $91.5K here https://www.intersportperformance.co...spx?clearall=1

Default 2007tt

Factory aerokit and PCCB really differentiate this car.... $150k+ msrp vs usual $130k- 135k cars. Even with ~30k mi,, this should be a mid to upper $80s car from a dealer, assuming everything else is good,
IMO.

Right. I'll probably be looking at $75,000 or so for mine. I might return the stock tune to it also, which would be easy to do, and put the headers back. I know you never get your money back when you sell the mods with the car. That's a fact, and I understand what you are talking about with a tune. I don't want anyone to think I tracked it or drove it too hard. If you know what those cars look like though, mine will show that is is very tight and interior is truly like new. The interior is nicer than the one I've replaced it with but that was a secondary consideration for the change over.

What do you think about tires? These tires on the original rims look like new, but they are old and probably need replacing. Would you replace now or let the buyer buy the tires they want? I've been wondering about what most people do there. It's not like I can go to my local and pick up a used set of tires to fit this car.

Default Tires

If you install the tires (Michelin 4s seems to be the prefered setup) then it is already baked into the price (guessing installed cost with new tpms, mount and balance ~$1500). Some buyers may prefer their own brand, so it is a little bit of a risk. Or, offer at your price stating tires should be replaced....be prepared to offer a reasonable discount.

IMO, if your goal is $75k selling price, after returning to stock, an asking price at $80k might get you there. Be prepared to discuss whether car was ever tuned, have DME report available, be patient.

Agree, this shop overprices their cars and treats them as collectibles vs. for sale. It's been for sale for a long time and at $91.5 will probably remain so.

Default Overpriced

Yeah, agree these middleman are buying up cars at 10-15k below market value and then selling them at a premium. The enthusiasts out there are unable to buy or sell at the 'real' price because of pricing out there throwing things out of whack.
