Those wings look great! I ordered an agency power carbon GT2 style add on wing diffuser and front lip - any of you have that kind of add on wing? Curious how it will look....lol!

That’s a nice looking white turbo!
re the aftermarket aerokit wings, they’re pretty close copies of the original but definitely need finishing work. Unfortunately, unless you happen onto a used one this is your only option as it’s NLA.

Sorry to bring up an older post,
But where can I buy one of these aero rep wings for my 997.2tt?
Can't seem to find in on the design911 website.
Any other places to find these?
I did find this one but can't seem to find much on the company. Kind of risky.

Any help or direction would be great!
On another note, open to buying a used one if anyone is looking to sell theirs!!

This is the one you’re looking for:
https://www.design911.co.uk/fu/prod1...7-Turbo/#12255
If you give me two-three days, I can let you know how it turns out. I received the decklid and wing from Design 911 earlier this week and I’m having it painted now.

Holy smokes!
This one from design 911 is only about $900 usd. The NR Auto one is $3200 usd!
I wonder how the pricing is so diff between the two.
Does the design 911 unit only come as a wing? Does it come with a replacement deck lid? Looks like NR auto one comes with a replacement deck lid along with a 3rd brake light too.
Fingers crossed the design911 one works out well!!
Please do keep us updated!

Three Wheelin'
Wow, thanks for the heads up. The photos show that it’s the whole deck lid. Of course it needs to be prepped and painted by a body shop but for under a g shipped, I jumped in. Hopefully it works out well! I’ll paint it the original black and then have it wrapped to
match. Looking forward to this!

I got the Design 911 aero decklid and wing back from my painter last night. I'm still doing some adjustments / finalizing everything, but should have it done today or tomorrow. I'll have pictures posted once everything is done. It's mounted on the car now, but I'm dealing with the wiring harness, clips, fans, etc. So far it's looking pretty good.

Like what type of wiring harness, clips, fans etc?
Do you happen to have a list/part numbers/cost for these additional parts?
Thanks!

Here's a quick write up of what was involved in getting my recently purchased wing installed:
Purchases
* Design 911 decklid and wing ($1100)
* Third Brake Light Housing | 997-631-052-01 | ($105)
* Mounting zip ties ($3)
* Misc screws and bolts ($1.50)
Prep work
* I didn't do any. I just gave it to the painter to get ready, but there wasn't much involved
Installation
* Nothing too crazy. Removed the airboxes, fan, wiring cables for light and spoiler hydraulics
* Dremled the pre-drilled sections made for the bumper stoppers (I'll try to use a picture); took a few minutes overall. Just enlarged them slightly to fit the stoppers I removed from the stock decklid.
* Used electrical tape and taped up the wires that were no longer connecting to anything; they are hidden behind one of the airboxes now.
* Used a mounting zip tie, screw, and bolt to connect to the pre-drilled mounting hole to keep the wires hidden away
* Adjusted the rear bumper to sit flush with the decklid; it's OEM close in fit, but some slight adjustments needed to be made. Let me know if you want more information on this part.
Loved the price and look of the OEM-style aero decklid and wing. The only thing I don't like about it is you can't slam the decklid closed anymore. I may need to make a few more adjustments, but it's not a huge thing. The other thing that I didn't like was the corner of the wing was chipped and there were slight stress areas (I'll get pictures posted). I'm working with the company to see if they can give me any money back just to cover the quality of the work. It's nothing that a painter couldn't handle, but still. It would've been nice to have it in 100% condition.
Overall, I would purchase the wing again. Thanks to TTSurgeon for pointing me in this direction.
