Thoughts on this manual 997.2
Came across this nicely specced '12 997.2 Turbo in manual for sale. Just wanted people's thoughts on price in relation to options and mileage.

It's priced crazy high. It was $169,900 at one point! I made an offer on the car, but heard nothing back. It's on consignment, so the owner is just waiting for someone to pay a premium I guess.

Yeah, perfect options and miles to become a collector car in 10-15 years as long as you don't drive it.

If I owned this car the first thing I'd do is drive the heck out of it whenever I'm feeling it(save for winter months actually). I don't go with that "i'm not gonna drive it much so I dont accumulate a lot of miles/kms over time". These cars are meant to be driven, as said by Dr. Porsche himself.

It is a Unicorn....not many manual 2012's out there, and as usual the dealer is taking advantage.

Way, way overpriced! I don't care if it's got low miles, PCCB's, 6MT and some other nice options it's still a dealer rip off. Yes, sometime in the distant dark future there may be some collector interest in this car but whoever owns it today will probably not keep it long enough to see that happen. JMO

Beautiful, and expensive.
I recently bought a CPO ‘10 manual with 20 000 miles for the US equivalent of $85k.
But then again, if there is nothing to compare the car against the price could be good for someone.
