Ask for James Barry. These guys are professional and the cars are top quality. I bought my 997.2 stick there a year ago....
these cars are very very hard to find.

I should've mentioned I'm only looking for a coupe. Thanks for the lead though. I'll keep the dealer on my research list.

Thanks for the lead. Looks like it bounced around the country to different dealers (5 owners)? I think their price is a bit high, but I'll look into it.

Can you post link to the Long Island car? Following this thread as well. I recently bought a 997.2tt 6mt but thought pricing was extremely difficult to research.

The car can be found on car gurus, I owned this car thought my business (dealer) sold it for a friend who was the last owner of it and this car is perfect, Marlwoodturbo what was the specs and price of the car you bought, there are none of these cars out there so the price is difficult to determine.

when you see the ads... some of them might list as being MT but when you look at the pics.. they clearly are PDK cars.

Generally... I'd say that I have only seen maybe 6 cabriolets MT on the market since I bought mine... all above $100K (with only 167 cars produced.. no wonder) …. I haven't been paying attention much to the coupes.

I think that eventually people will start to appreciate the cabs (especially new people to the market for a classic Porsche)... I truly love mine. The usability (with kids, open air driving, and the ease of getting in and out of it) could outweigh the desire for that classic 911 silhouette... (the desire to crawl into a cramped low sports car by my wife is limited for sure and I'm sure it is the same for most of the wives out there...… but a ride with the top down... she is all for that)

I'll also add this car as a comp for the higher end of 997.2TT manuals with high options and super low miles (238!). IMO, this low of miles is for the collector and I understand a premium price. A car with less options and 14K miles shouldn't be on the same level. Obviously we'll likely never know exactly what they sell for either though. I'd rather buy a car with 10-20K miles because it was in some sort of regular rotation and may have better maintenance.

If it can sell anywhere near that then there appears to have been a substantial increase in 997.2TT prices. When I was looking in 2016 before I bought the number was in the U$105k - U$115k for a vehicle of this calibre. I bought mine with 18k miles on it for near the U$100k mark and I know of another nice Canadian 2011 997.2TT 6 spd cpe that sold this year for less than U$110k.

Another 997.2 6 speed popped up for sale, the only 2 I am aware of are my old gt silver on Long Island or this black, two sets of wheels for the person who doesn't like the guards red , well optioned car.

Thanks. I saw that one pop up the other day. Not a fan of black though.
