Sprint Booster in a 997.2 Turbo
Hey folks just wondering if anyone has a Sprint Booster in a 997.2 TT and if it works well for you, I had a Sprint Booster in my previous 06 987 Cayman S and it really livened up the throttle response as it did not have the sport crono pkg.
The TT has the sport crono but I really liked the lightning fast throttle response I got from the Sprint Booster.
I contacted the company and they said it would work in Turbo
Im not going to get into the details of the booster so for those who have not heard of it google it and give it a read, it’s truly an amazing product.
Thanks

I wanted to bump this thread and see if any 997.2 folks are using a Sprint Booster. I bought one for my Lambo, and thought I may look for one for the 997.2 Turbo S. Any out there that have gone this route?

^ Doesn't the turbo S have the sport chrono option?
I would think the Booster does the same thing as the Turbo S when Sport mode is turned on?
Its not magic, it just changes the throttle adaptation of the gas pedal.. Same thing the sport mode does..

Yes, I have sport Chrono - but the Sprint Booster has multiple settings for how you want the throttle to respond. In my Lambo, it is a marked difference. Just wondering if any Turbo PDK folks have it and what their experience is.

I have a 2011 TTS Cabriolet running Softronic OTS tune, Speedtech 3" Exhaust w/200 cell cats, and DSC module. I cannot imagine this engine spooling any faster and I don't see the need to recalibrate my throttle beyond the adjustability that already exists between non-Sport, Sport, and Sport+. If you feel the need, then go for it, particularly since you like it in your Lambo.

I had one once on my turbocharged BMW 535 and thought it made drivability terrible, as you were always bumping into turbo lag or not getting any boost. IMO, don't waste your money.
