Default Low Level Service Question

2008 TT tip cab 16,800 miles (put on 4,000 this last year) purchased 11/16
Just had the Porsche dealer do the "Yearly Service".
Parts list: oil-filter insert, seal ring, mobil 1, cabin-air filter, brake part, dsp :cleaner all listed on 2017 and 2018 receipts
In 2017 I was billed for 1 hour of work. This year it was 2.5 hours for the same work.
Which is the mistake?
In your experience how much time is usually billed for this service?
Thanks!

You got an oil change, cabin filter R&R and what is brake part, dsp?

An hour for all of that seems low, but I do all that kind of stuff myself. Typically whatever it takes you, you can add at least half if not double for the book rate.
