Default Throttle tuning XLR. Has anyone heard of this?

I was browsing mods for the turbo and I came across this site. Has anyone heard of this? https://www.racechip.com/throttle-tuning/xlr.html

I have not heard about it but a drive by wire system is not easy to "tune". You need to know the surface area of the throttle body and the flow characteristics as the throttle moves through it's open-closed range. All of which change based on whatever % multiplier you would apply to "re-map" the throttle. Not to mention because this is a torque or load demand system you could cause issues elsewhere with no corrections given to the rest of the system. I would be shocked if this chip "learns" any meaningful way to improve the throttle response. You typically would want a linear throttle anyway as quick on/off or open/closed throttle movements are not desirable anyway. My personal opinion on items like this is to steer very clear, they might as well be snake oil.
