Default Low Oil Pressure Warning on startup

Good Morning to all,

First let me say that I always get a bit of valve-train noise upon startup, and it's not uncommon for my car to sit for several days in a row (or weeks for that matter). My last oil change was in May, and with Mobil One.

The last few times upon a cold start, I am getting a low pressure warning immediately which goes away.

I have checked for codes with Durametric and there are none.

Oil pressure is fine at idle, and during driving. I am also not burning, leaking, or going through oil between changes (however, I only drive 1500-2000 miles per year)

Oil level is also fine when measured on a flat surface.

Any ideas? I am going to take the car to my mechanic as soon as I find the time for the aforementioned power window issues.

TIA

How is your battery? If it is on its way out, it has been known to throw codes that disappear once it actually runs for a few seconds

It's only a year old.

And always on a C-Tek charger when not in use.

no need for a tech. check the wires at the oil level sensor. they get loose and cause faults. just crimp them with some needlenose pliers

I think I found the culprit.

I have recently been parking the car on an incline (nose up) over the last few weeks.

Since parking on a level surface overnight I have not gotten this warning after letting the car sit a few days.
