Default VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) - What paraphernalia should I have?

Hi all, I took ownership of my 997 TS in March, and had to part with extra money for the tracking system. I did it over the phone at the dealership, and they gave me the two fobs, one of which I keep on my person whenever I take the car out.

However, today I was reading through the VTS manual that came with the car for the first time (I lead an interesting life) and I’m supposed to have a driver card and a unique phone number to call in the event of disaster. I have neither of these things. What are they supposed to look like? Do I still have those on a second hand purchase through a official Porsche dealer? Is it the dealer’s responsibility or the tracking company (Vodafone’s) responsibility to issue these?

Hoping one of you fine folk can shed some light. Might have to have a stern word with either the dealer or Vodafone!
