Default 80k turbo in NC

Any one looked at this? Its been for sale for ever and seems like one of the cheapest cleaner 6sp 997tt around. 2 owner, clean carfax. Before I embark on a long drive and have a PPI perfomed. Just wanted to see if I could get the Rennlist blessing. I happen to work at a dealer group that has seen this car before in its earlier life, they put a compressor on it and 4 track inspections. Also I can get Fidelity gold coverage on the low with my dealer group.

It does look nice in photos, and the price seems pretty good for the apparent condition. Even the PCM buttons look new. I'll be curious if you get a PPI on it if anything shows up. A Fidelity warranty on a car with those miles probably won't be cheap, though, even with your discount.

From what's listed, it looks really good actually. Fairly priced. A deal at a few thousand less puts you in at a price that can take some investment if needed. The coolant pipe thing, factor in 10k for maintenance and you'd have a nice machine at a fair basis. If you can get a fidelity deal, then even better.

Love the color. Keep us posted, would love to see you get it. That car needs a good home!

Looks like a good car, anything bad would’ve happened a long time ago. Great color.

Wish I could, I do not work in finance or else I would. This is just a perk from working with a great dealer group. I want to jump on this car but of course the time is not right, I have a 500whp M3 that needs to go for the sake of space. Someone else grab this clean machine.

I looked at that car online may times in the last few months as I was looking to buy a manual 997.1. It seems like a good deal as many have mentioned. I think the color combo must be what is holding it from selling. I don't think it looks bad at all. But I really wanted a black interior car so I never looked to seriously at this particular car. But the price did keep me coming back to the listing.

I could swear that it had a higher price than the $59K it says it came down from. But I could be wrong. You also mentioned it is a 2 owner car but the link says it is a 3 owner car.

@bikedoctor: I know the dealership representing this car well - they do work on my E39 M5. Very trustworthy and professional from what I've seen. Just make sure to get an overrev report on this one as part of the PPI.

Sort of weird that it's been listed so long when a cab Tiptronic with a red interior and 110k miles just sold for nearly the same price after fees on BaT the other day. I guess the track history may hold it back, since 911s with Mezger engines are notoriously fragile and underbuilt.
