Ive had 3 manual 997.1 TT, they all sound different. But that sound sounded like my 2nd TT . Normal to me.
I like the sound of a Mezger turbo than my PDK turbo.
If you are wondering why a mezger has this clicking and mechanical sound on idle, go listen to a GT3RS, its 10x that and sounded like a hotrod.
