Thumbs up REPLACED TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS

Did some homework here (thanks) and just replaced all 4 sensors as my car had new tires and is 11 yrs old. I was told by OE that they sourced the makeup from Europe and they are basically the same as the ones Porsche sells for over $200 each.
I had Costco install them for less than $60 for all four and after a brief 10 minute drive the sensors "learned" the pressure and my light went off.
Here is where I bought them:

HUF’s RD001 seems like THE sensor for our 2007-2009 Turbo models. They don’t need registering or pre-programming. Just install and let the car learn them.

With that being said, everywhere I look including with or without hardware they’re $80+ a pop so I’m not sure how you got that pricing. There are more generic, cheaper alternatives that align with what you bought yours for, but not HUFs. You must’ve gotten a hookup

Very weird but a sweet deal for sure. I just called them and they confirmed it's $329.50 for a set of 4 RDE001 sensors. They're not sure how someone got such low pricing.

Not sure why they quoted you one sensor and me another. You purchased the RDE001. This is my quote from OE for a 2007 997 Turbo.

Thanks soundbehindyou,
I'll check with them again using your purchase order.

Rol607,
They said to trust their website to get the right ones so I pulled it up while I was on the phone with them. Then the more questions I asked like RDE001 or 2, I was told it's best I call local Porsche dealer, give them my VIN, they will confirm what mhz and version and to call them back with exactly what I need.

Never have I thought that TPMS business could be this confusing lol. I might just go with what soundbehindyou's order # had in it once I find out directly from them.

Hopefully this helps someone; but I ordered these off amazon and they worked on my 07 Turbo. Took about 10-15mins to re-learn but worked like a charm.
