Default Help With 997.2TT in South Carolina

So I think I found a deal to good to be true however need someone local to verify the car exists before flying from California to purchase it.
Anyone in the South Carolina area can drive by this dealer and report back if this is a legit dealership.

Please PM or reply back if possible.
a search of the VIN states it sold last year https://rennlist.com/forums/vehicle-...7-2-turbo.html However this is a slightly different car.

$48 for a 997.2 TT PDK.
First question I would ask is if it has a clean title.
Thread wisely.

Either a scam or it's mis-priced. My bet is a scam..

The price, miles and apparent condition in the photos scream scam. Here's the street view of the "dealership" address:

Scammers these days are known to set up entire fake dealership sites like that as part of their con game.

I talked with the guy this AM. He only wants one deal - wire the money and he will send the car. Do you have the ebay link ?

Look it up under sold listings.

Clearly a scam. Offer to pick it up and pay cash in person.

Or wire ore the money to Nigeria.

That's a different car - VIN on ebay ends with 66278

The car for sale ends with 66257

Still - the price is crazy low.

Is it the old put up a bargain for $50k - have 20 people wire the money and wait a week for delivery - move back to the middle east and retire scam ?

So, that the photos are identical, the car sold on eBay auction format for 70,000 and they are asking 45 here, the change of vin (auction car has salvage title), and you are still trying to convince yourself that the car is real?

Wire the money, I’m sure your Nigerian car dealer will surely send you the car that is priced about half of retail!

OK - definitely a scam. The car has the same photos but different VIN.

Don't buy it. Way too good to be true.

Ask them to send you a photo of the car with today’s paper.

There are multiple cars on the website grossly under priced. I hope there aren't a lot of people that fall for this and wire in money.

The website was set up just a few days ago.
