Default Coolant leak issue

My 2007 997.1TT Coupe has had a coolant leak from somewhere behind the oil filter.. have taken the car to the P workshop and they have removed the engine from the car. I am planning to change ALL non metal water cooling and oil recirculation hoses/clamps/O rings/support etc. located in the engine bay area. I have already changes the water pump. Any idea where i can get the part numbers for these? Anything else that i need to look/change while i am at it? i am also going to change the engine oil and filter since the oil temp had gone upto 120 degrees C

Have you pinned the coolant pipes? I would definitely recommend pinning or welding them while the engine is out.

How many miles on the car? Depending on that answer there may be other things like the spark plugs you may wish to have done while the engine is down.

Thanks. I will definitely look at pinning the pipes. This is the first time this issue has cropped up. I have done extensive (according to me) tuning from ES Motors. I have replaced the plugs and coil packs etc. The car has done 20k miles. do you think it would be better to look at Oil lines also while at it? or is it ok not to touch them?

oil lines arent any concern. 3 plastic fittings on the 997tt motor should be changed out to the sharkwerks metal units. zip tie any vacuum lines change any check valves and if your planning future mods increase injector size and retune and scale for the bigger injectors

@32krazy, many thanks... my injectors are already oversized... I do not want to over mod the car than what it already is.... but will definitely look into the check valves and lines etc... Thanks again guys.. Pinning/welding wasn't heard of by me... it is a revelation to me.. not many 997 turbo's in India... Cheers

the aluminium insert tube have developed leak as well as certain O rings.. I have been given an exhorbitant estimate (>$8000) to replace all O rings, hoses, clamps etc. I have tried searching for these parts, but not all are listed on the FVD/Pelican/ECS/Sonnen/Suncoast sites... Any idea from where can i order comprehensively from a single source...
