Default 99791 adaptive sport seat bolster not working

Hi all,

My passenger side bolster and lumbar isn't working. When I press the button, I can hear the clicking of the solenoid? But I don't hear the gearing sound like I do on the driver side. I looked under the seat for any object that maybe stuck. Didn't find anything.

Any ideas of what it could be?

A bit more information. All the other controls work. Forward, backward, up down and heat. It's just the thigh, bolster and lumbar. Could it be the bladder?

They are actually covered in a grey pouch. But only one is accessible via the bottom of the car seat. Silver canisters are motors for the seat movement. The bottom pump on mine went bad but it did make the pump noise that you are missing. “Somebody” sat and adjusted mine and stuck the switch so hard it locked in the pump position. The pump mechanism melted. Special order from Germany! Remove the 4 bolts, check the connections around the grey leather pouch. Make sure “someone” didn’t shove a makeup bag or water bottle and disconnected the switch to pump.

Were you able to resolve this problem? I am hearing a clicking noise when I press the lumbar control on my driver’s seat, but I am not hearing the pump motor run.

I will appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Thanks
