Default Car cover recommendations?

Hi all, I have a 997.2 TTS with the Aerokit and am looking for a cover.... any recommendations? Factory? Covercraft? Coverking? I know the factory I'd have to go with the GT2 cover.... going to be indoor storage only. My neighbor has a factory Porsche cover and it sure doesn't feel that soft to me... Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!

Haven’t felt the other brands but I have a factory cover and it seems to work great. Doesn’t scratch the paint at all and fits like a glove.

I have the factory cover and it seems a little too tight for my liking..Sure it looks great with the huge Porsche crest and all, but as quattrodoc stated, it's not that soft..

Same here. OEM cover is perfect and not a trace of a scratch anywhere.
If anything, the after market one I had a few years back was heavy and would leave fine scratches I reckon.
OEM is safe.

This is my second Porsche and I have used OEM on both. It comes down to where you are keeping it as the outdoor covers are tight. You want them tight to keep the wind from buffering them against the paint and scratching it. I have always purchased the outdoor cover in the event of spills or I want to cover it while outside. I also whenever I cover mine I put damp rid in the vehicle to absorb moisture. In the Houston area with the humidity, I had a Prowler (toy) with 6,xxx miles after 15 years that developed mildew on the surface of the interior.

Carnewal. Ask owner and Rennlister Gert for discount. Pick your color. Crest or no crest.

I have the factory outdoor cover as well (though I never leave my car outdoors) and agree it fits perfectly and seems well-made. I really only use it when traveling and not driving the car for longer than a week or two.
