Default ??? 2012 997.2 TTS Suggested Price ??? Thank You!!!

I’m “considering” selling my 2012 TTS, what would be a good place to start? I see a broad range of asking prices, but what should I expect to sell it for.. pictures and details below...thank you! JB

2012 997.2 Turbo "S" with CPO Until July 2018
34,600 miles
VIN: WP0AD2A97CS766740
This beautiful dark blue metallic 997.2 Turbo "S" with special ordered "Expresso Brown and Luxor Tan" all leather interior is in stunning condition. From the car's beginning, it has been adult owned and garage kept.
Exterior and interior are spotless.
The car was CPO'd by Tyson's Corner VA, Porsche Dealership July, 2016 and remains in effect until Jul 2018. The car's maintenance has always been completed consistently and is up to date.
Last summer the paint received a ceramic coating service, $1400.00.
The costly sparkplug replacement was completed at 29K miles and the previous owner insisted that the ignition coils be replaced at the same time. While not necessary to replace the 3.8L Turbo's coils as with the previous models, it's reflective of the care this car has received.
The car has OEM center lock spider wheels and of course carbon fiber/ceramic brakes with yellow calipers.
The car is located in Eastern NC.
Q/As:
- Has this car been tracked, raced etc...? No, this car has never seen track time...
- What about the tires? The tires were replaced during the CPO with OEM Michelin Pilot Sports and have approx 90% tread remaining.
- Was the car modified with a tune, exhaust, etc...? No, this car is completely stock and not modified. Although, it does have a high quality aftermarket air cleaner element the previous owner installed and endorsed by the dealership. I did replace the front side markers with clear (Yellow LED) side markers. I have the OEM side markers.
- Has the car ever been involved in an accident? No.
- Does everything work on the car? Yes, plus there is the bumper to bumper Porsche CPO warranty. This car needs nothing.
- Do you have both sets of Keys? Yes.
- Was this car driven in winter weather with road salt? The undercarriage and suspension components reflect no corrosion? I never drove this car when road salt was laid down..
- Do the seats have any tears are sign of wear? No. Like new.

Nice S. No idea what these are trading for now. $90? Miles a bit high. Assume annual maintenance done regardless of miles. Again, nice example. (Was this listed for sale last year)

Yes, I was selling it as a shot in the dark...but was asking too much. Looking for what it should sell for this time around. JB

I bought a Dark Blue 2012 997.2 turbo, non S for $100K last year. 16000 miles, CPO, MSRP was $179K when new so it was loaded. Aero, Ceramics, center locks etc.
Maybe $90-95ish for your car?

I just purchased a white 2011 TTS with 35k miles from a dallas dealership for $86k. I think this was a great deal. I would suggest asking $97k and wouldn't sell for less than $93. You have a unique interior and exterior color which will be a plus for the right buyer, but might take a little bit longer.

I sold a platinum silver with factory Aero kit and 5 lug wheels and lots of nice extras from the build. I think it was a 185k msrp car. It had 31k miles and clear bra on the entire front including fenders. In summer of 2016 I sold it to a dealer for 90k and I think they go 95-97k. I'm guessing today an end user would have paid 85k-90k. .2 Turbo S are great cars and I miss the 2 I had but am also happy with my .1 tt.

I'd say a Porsche dealer CPO price would be $90-100K and the current listings on PCNA (asking, not sale)

Deduct $3K for no fresh CPO, another $3-5K for private sale instead of dealer.

I'm guessing if you put it up at $90K private sale in the spring, you would find a buyer.

As you probably remember I saw your car for sale and sat in it, a day or 2 or a week before you. LOVED that color, and if it had a black interior, non-two tone, I would have bought it right there on the spot. It was selling for an attractive price at the time at HBL.

Good luck with the sale, it's a stunner. And yes, I think it will sell for $90-92k in the end, but certainly list it for $98k or so as everyone and their mother wants to talk a person down on a car so they feel like they got a good deal. Private sale from an owner, in my opinion, for a car this expensive, COULD garner less money than from a dealer where they have a whole support system built into the sale of the car.

I do remember, and with the ceramic coating the blue is even more deeper in appearance.

For those that have responded, thank you for your honest feedback and thoughts for a suggested price.
