Default Rebuild/Repair Bilstein Coilovers?

Anyone have experience getting shocks rebuilt? Specifically Bilstein PSS10 Damptronic version?

There is a set on eBay for a good price but one has a bent shaft. Wondering if I had them all rebuilt and serviced if I could come out ahead of buying a new set.

Yes, but these are priced way, way, under that. But the one is bent and I'm thinking id want them all serviced before using them. Just don't have any experience with shock servicing.

I'm not even sure the Damptronics are serviceable in the same way a high end coilover would be. These aren't JRZ or Moton and probably aren't designed to be rebuilt but I could be wrong.

I spoke to a repair facility in TN and they said they can rebuild them no problem, make them like new. Still considering it - some risk involved here.

Trying to confirm all parts needed for install are there, seller says spanner wrench is only thing missing but I don't think that is a big deal.

Anyone know if there are miscellaneous parts in the kit I should look out for to make sure they are included?

Here is the auction

Seems legit, if I could guarantee a decent rebuild price, I'd pull the trigger. Good luck.

Just following up for anyone else thinking of rebuilding bilstein PASM compatible coilovers - after talking to an AUTHORIZED Bilstein facility - they said these are NOT serviceable in any way shape or form. Unfortunately I learned this after buying these shocks but the seller was understanding and took them back since he also thought they were serviceable.

My shop has a set of MCS two ways that are on the docket for the spring now...
