[QUOTE=MIKe30;14692076]

Looks great makbros, nice options too. Almost certainly would have bought this had you listed about 2.5 months sooner. I ended up with a low mileage ‘09 Turbo in Atlas Grey. If you don’t mind me asking why the sale?

In terms of value $80-85k, if not more, would be my estimate. Looks like a lovely example.

Dreaming if you think you will get that range. And I own one. But good luck 👍

Wow, two 4500-mile Slate Grey coupes in the same thread. Amazing!

$60-75k for Turbo's sounds like a great price, I would assume that is Excellence Magazine. I could understand if those are the selling prices, but what people are listing 997.1 Turbos for is $75-85k for clean ones. I am talking about 20-40k mile examples with manuals. Finding a 997.1 Turbo with under 40k miles for a list price of under $70k is not the easiest thing.

I should also clarify that I am looking for 997.2 C2S/C4S/GTS and I do not own a Turbo and am not looking for one so this is just my outside observations from what I have seen as someone that searches the market.

Also, once modifications take place, in any way shape or form, price goes down.

Here are my 2 cents after spending the last year looking for a 997.1 6 speed that is not black or a cab. If put back to stock you should be able to get $87,500-$90,000 depending on how bad someone wants the low mileage. If you leave it modded I would expect $80,000-$83,000.

Agreed, put back to stock for top dollar. Would not sell if I were you, car is a gem with those miles and will continue to appreciate. Not sure what you plan to do with the $$ but you will regret it later if you sell. Mark this post.

After continuing my research and search for my own 2007-2009 TT, maual, and talking to countless owners selling theirs and dealers after selling them. My spreadsheet calcs. are that they are selling for about 56% of original sticker (I've kept my search for cars under 25k miles). Hope this helps you.

I’d be willing to wager that black turbo’s of all three years and ‘09 models have different percentages than the whole on average. Not to mention paint to sample or special order colors. Able to share your spreadsheet?

the '09's were a slight bit higher. The 56% was just the average of them all.

According to the 56% number, mine is worth $77k..... 2007 11k miles Black/Terreccota Stick All Stock.... Please find me one selling for $77k, will buy 10 of them... Not realistic stat, maybe for someone in the market to BUY, yes.. But as a SELLER, makes no sense.

How much do you think you could sell your car for?
