Go ahead and look on classifieds on rennlist, porscheusa used vehicle locator, autotrader, cargurus and bringatrailer and you can do your own research, plenty of 2007-2009’s with lower mileage asking between $75-85k and you know they sell for lower. You can ask whatever the hell you want, but the market will determine the price.

Like the % method.
Recently purchased at 41% of original sticker of an over the top optioned (aesthetics) car with 28k miles...
...I was looking specifically for a black cab...with natural leather to boot.
Might be the complete opposite end of the spectrum compared to the OPs car.

This car has LSD and ***...the only thing I would want that it doesn't have is PCCB and that could be added later. If I didn't have my car I would be buying this...

Seems like car market is very soft, I would not take nothing less than $100k. I know it would not sell now but these cars will continue to appreciate, in 10 years will be well worth over $100k. I will keep the miles low on the car as it is not my daily driver. Seems like the low mile, hard top, sticks are ones in demand hence why I think seller should ask crazy money, especially because of the 4500 miles.
If I needed the $ and had to sell my car I know could get $85k-$90k, all you need is one buyer who loves the color, options, etc...

Market determines the price for sure and honestly there are idiots like me that that would pay $95-100k for this. I was looking for low mileage Slate grey when I was shopping and searched for a long time. I eventually found a low mileage 2009 black/black...

Ha! I'm one of those "idiots" that you speak of, but at least I admit it. I bought my 09 last April and I know I paid a bit too much for it having no PCCB and ***, but it met all of my other requirements: 09, coupe, stick. BUT I looked at the happiness I would receive in buying the car and the few extra dollars just didn't matter!

I recently sold my 997TT MT and I already miss it, hence I PM you with an offered. I think you price it correctly but little over my budget for another TT. I wish I didn’t sold my car, I am back to the hunt for another low mileage, unabuse, and full maintenance records. It nearly impossible to find a clean car with warranty and untamper with ECU. If I can’t find anything until the next 718 Spyder, I just gonna build my own Spyder.
