Whoever rebuilt it apparently purchased a 911 Turbo deck lid and threw an "S" after the turbo badge. look how the "Turbo S" badge is skewed to the right on the deck lid. IS that a deal breaker? No, of course not. If the the person who rebuilt the car cannot get that right, lord knows what other details were missed.

Oh I was not looking at that car for myself anyway but that's interesting information. I'm holding out for either a silver or grey anyway.

I think Silver with a Red interior is an awesome combination!!!

Examples of your post only illustrate that "low price" in the case of 997.2 TTSs usually result in, abused/damaged vehicles, terrible maintenance records or even worse, scams. Pictures of my own car were used earlier this year by a scammer on truecar.com. Of course it was a "low price" scam!!! It happens more than any of us realize..

Not saying good good deals are not out there, but "low price" cars are normally bait used by unscrupulous sellers looking to bang out a quick buck..or in the case of these cars, over 75K quick bucks.

Best,
JB

I bought a 21k miles 2011 Turbo in January 2015 for $96,000. It was CPO and has run flawlessly. I have nearly 34k miles on it now with maintenance being limited to oil changes, tires and brakes. I'm getting ready for a 3 year service around the holidays, expecting that to cost around $1,200.

Only thing I'd change (and I'm getting ready to) is the OEM exhaust note. Terribly unbefitting of a car that performs like it does.
