2009 build thoughts before purchase
Any thoughts on this particular build? Not overly excited without Sport Seats but it does have some nice interior touches and Limited slip rear.

Like you said, looks pretty standard, sort of light even, besides the interior trim and LSD. The LSD isn't too easy to find but not overly important outside a track, as I understand it.

The build looks fine as long as it's an 09 TT coupe 6MT. I hope you aren't paying too much-

My 2009 has adaptive sport seats and they are heated.
Your car is equipped with leather Sport Seats. Did you mean Sport Adaptive Seats? In 2009 (and perhaps other years) you could not order sport adaptive seats (preferred by many) when heated seats were specified. Personally, I prefer the heated seats with the sport seats. Unless you are going to track your car sport seats (IMO) are fine. BTW, I had them in my 09 TT cab. I have Sport Adaptive seats in my TTS and really haven't noticed much difference.

Think the heating in this build sheet is applied to the standard "comfort" seats as I believe that the sport adaptives would show on the build for Turbos as option P01.

My '09 has the heated adaptive sports seats as well which were listed as two separate options: Heated seats $500 and adaptive sport seats $1145.
I'm not sure if the 618 bluetooth option also gives you the multimedia AUX and USB inputs in the center console for audio. If not, there are aftermarket solutions.
LSD is a cool option, not super common and $2-3000+ to add later as a mod (I just did it...)

Solid build sheet, like you mentioned only thing it is missing is the adaptive sport seats, which you could always put in later, if you wanted to.

Same I've heard and so the one I just installed is a factory option 220 housing, low-ish miles, but with a full Guard/GT rebuild kit (40/60 ramps). If you don't have a donor factory one then a complete new GT is the way to go.

Ran across your car's listing at a local website recently -- I won't post the link to respect your privacy in the buying process.
Car looks nice -- condition seems really good. 6speed as well! Car appears to have an aftermarket install of something (look at the blue button next to the left air vent above the key ignition). I would ask the dealer about that.
FYI, for whoever asked earlier in the thread, it looks like it's listed for $83k with 25k miles on it.

IME, separate options. Multimedia aux and usb are known as the universal audio interface option. I recently had the dealer retrofit both the bluetooth and universal audio interface options to my car.
