Would be awesome if they went up, but if they just stayed level, I'd be happy.

I can drive it a good bit and still keep it in the collector mileage range.

The warranty is a big plus to me though. Big ticket repairs are what worry me about owning one.

Thoughts on the one I'm looking at:

2008 Silver / Natural gray
7600 miles
Sport adaptive seats and sport chrono pkg.
New plugs /coils Last month.
Car is perfect and stock.
Fidelity Platinum warranty (only $100 deductible) until July 2020
Xpel on whole front end and mirrors
OptiCoat ceramic on whole car.
GT3RS wheels with brand new Mich.PS4S tires.
Orig. wheels / tires included.

Worth $85 - 90K??
The real advantage to me with this car is the fidelity warranty and the clear bra. I can't say that it is worth $85-90k to me. Normally I would ask about the coolant lines and the cam pinning, but again the warranty will take care of that for the next couple of years. Just would need to consider doing it after the warranty period. I think that is an $80-85k car though. Many would say due to mileage it is an $85-90k car.

I agree. The warranty is what gives me the warm and fuzzies.
I could sell the wheels / tires and pocket the $ and be in the range of the actual value.
Now if they just hold their value for a few years, I could drive it a bit and still sell and not lose too much (except for the fact I'm financing a portion of it... I'm not a rich cash buyer like most on this forum..just trying to live a dream / bucket list item)

I just checked out your Ram running 10.84. That is sick! That's a good way to make a 911TT feel slow.

Lolol. Yeah my truck was as quick as a 991Turbo S. My best time that day was a 10.80@129.4. Not really buying a 911TT to be quicker or to drag race. Just for the experience.

Here are my three Timeslips from that day.

Oh I'm sure!! Especially with PDK.

Is your MT ?

I want a manual just simply for the fun. Not looking for much over stock if any.

Having bought my first 997 turbo new I can confirm no sticker up front.

Car came with only one sticker and that is for the book.

Pretty full service history.

Airbag light on.

Not quite the example I was expecting.

What happened? Did you buy it?

No, I'm passing. It was a lot more interesting when I thought it had 13k miles.

It was super loud blow off valve and waste gate. Not my thing. A bit boy racer.

If anyone interested they can contact Felix at BMW Sterling VA.

Having read the original post, there was no way it was right -- way too good to be true for that pricing, mileage, and build. Frankly, for what it is, price seems reasonable - be careful bottom-fishing. "Cheap" Porsche's make for expensive mistakes.
