Default Annoying rattle

I'm trying to track down an annoying rattle. I believe it's coming from the rear carpeted panel below the rear window. It's #8 in this diagram. Has anyone removed this and if so, how?

Check the latches for the rear seats. Mine have occasionally rattled. I solve by putting the seats down.

Thanks, but I leave my rear seats down all the time. I checked them as one of the first things to try to locate where the rattle is coming from.

Do you have a Bose sub woofer box? Mine had a loose mounting screw when the box was previously removed.

I had the exact same piece rattling after I had my windows tinted. Tint installer didn't push that panel in all the way. Push it directly inwards on left and right ends to ensure it's fastened tightly. I believe you just pull it towards you to unfasten it.

My rear passenger speaker grill rattles on rough roads. Ive heard you can pop the grill out without removing the panel but i think i will break a tab if i try.
