Who ditched PASM?

Honestly GMG kind of slipped my mind. They are located about 20 minutes from where I lived, and I never thought of them. I have eibachs on 2-3 other cars, they did OK.

Where do you get sleeves and all the other hardware? Is that something you sell?

Are you looking for better 'fast everyday' performance? Track day sweetness? Aggressive canyon carving?
eg: A setup that will feel far better on hot laps might really suck on a crappy road commute, especially without the variability of PASM. In general, TANSTAAFL, though Porsche technology like PASM and PDCC try very hard to rewrite this rule.

Without desire to track, I'd say that giving up PASM, especially when going to a stiffer setup, would be a bad tradeoff.

Haven't used them so can't comment, but you might contact Gert Carnewal in Belgium (carnewal.com), long time highly trusted vendor I have dealt with a number of times. Maybe he has Damptronics in stock.

All i do is drive this thing around in SPORT and honestly I am not too thrilled with the handling. I have other cars with coilovers so I know what that is like, but I don't have a B16 car with a TPC box, which I think would be awesome.

look into the B16 Comfort series
FVD Sells them, I think for the 997 chassis they would be better suited than the sport setup.
it all depends where you live in terms of typical road surface quality.
if you have decent roads the B16 Sport is the winner
my ohlins can handle the repeat abuse and high oil temperatures on the track and hard canyon runs. the B16 will show its weakness on spirited extended runs
that said I truly think the active damper setup with the DSC is the real winner for a street car.
it also depends on tire choice - Michelin CUP 2 is too stiff for the 997 chassis IMO for street driving.
I now have the P4S and they are a lot softer in terms of sidewall and do not produce the jarring suspension trait
had I just used the P4S OR SS I would have gone with the bilsteins, the CUP 2 demonstrated that the shocks were just not up for the challenge. this was with the stock setup.
I have around 18 adjustments on the ohlins but run them 2 clicks from full soft as otherwise for street they are juts too stiff
get the B16's and let the module regulate for you! will be even better with the TPC Module.
its just far easier!

Solely from reading this thread, sounds like B8 is sport and B16 comfort.
And quick google results in this great explanation - http://www.bilsteinus.com/news-event...85aa8f4166112a
Reading ^ - looks like B16 is the right play
