997.2 GT3 is making some belt noise (chirping) at idle.

I replaced the belt with a new original, noise went away for 1 week but have now returned.
Pulleys seems well aligned, noise disappears when sprayed with water.
Independent on AC on/off.

Any common issues causing this noise?

take belt off
spin all pulleys (3 of them)
are they all super smooth and no rattle or shake?
Or do they feel like sand in the bearings?

if it is a belt squeak noise it could be the tensioner pulley going away. but I would check the pulleys themselves first.
