Looking for options to Bluetooth w/ Factory Headunit

5yrs ago I replaced the factory speakers with Focal and an AMP. Sounds 1,000X better and little added weight (5-7lbs). When installed, the audio store put in a iPod/iPhone adapter to plug in and play music, the old 25Pin adapter. This "adapter" is now inoperative and I'm told obsolete. My question is there an option for Bluetooth for our factory head units. And/or a adapter option for the current iPhone connection?

I use a Bluetooth / FM transmitter. You connect your phone to this device via Bluetooth, then it transmits to you radio via FM. You can select the FM station to broadcast over. Works pretty well and inexpensive.
