Donation / write off factor? The buyer paid market price so there's no donation and no write off.

Not to worry, I wouldn't ever lower my own insurance policy...I sleep a bit easier with it at the level I've worked to set!

By the time you lower your policy, you may need to increase it right back as people realize that this will be last of the manual transmission RS.

I was at that auction setting at a table with a friend who buys cars for his client's collections. When this started stalling around $140K - I was really impatient and wanted to buy that one myself - except my wife reminded me that we need the money for the new house were are building. CRAP!!!!

So I was bugging my friend to buy this one for one of his client's - anyone! Well the low bid, I believe, was a direct result of Jenner talking about the charity were the money was going. She stated it was for the LBGT community - and should have left it there - then went on about the transgenders being the most understood group. Well Ms. Jenner - the auction is in northern florida - billy bob country. I do not think that the southern good ole boys wanted to contribute to that particular charity. And it showed up in the final price.

BTW - rode the elevator bacl up to my room with Ms. Jenner. We talked about how great a deal the buyer got. Funny thing - she was by herself the entire time I was there - a bit sad. On the other hand - she is freakin tall!

Had I known about this auction..that car would be mine! Met Bruce before. Nicest guy ever. Genuine car guy. He's a tall guy so I could imagine as Caitlyn wearing heals he would be super tall. Recently saw Caitlyn driving her new RS on PCH.

Default One or two owner car?

Jenner was the original owner, but was that a one or two owner car?
