Noise from 2011 GT3 RS
 

I am interested to buy a 2011 GT3 RS with 29K miles.

Couple of noise:

1. Loud engine rattle sound / noise
2. Throw out bearing noise

Is it normal for this car?

Light weight fly wheel

Is it present only at idle (and low RPM) once the car is warmed up and does it go away when you press the clutch?

If so, see post #2. Normal.

Haha. That ain't noise, that's music. LWFW rattle is must have.

These motors are rattly pieces of sh1t. :-)

They make all sorts of odd noises at idle
Are super lumpy and uneven
And in the RS the trans will rattle due to the light flywheel.
And they make the most perfect noises at 8k rpm. Music.
