Not many GT3s for sale
How come there aren't many well equipped GT3s for sale? Did everyone decide to keep them or something now? Haven't really seen prices come down either. Supply seems way too low.
Haven't been keeping up to date since I sold my .2 TTS. Now I'm looking to get back into a 911 and was thinking of the .2 GT3, but there are zero for sale practically.

I see a ton of .1 and .2 GT3's and Gt3 RS's on cars.com.

Anything is for sale at the right price. Also depends what specs you are looking for on a GT3. It took over a year to find the right one, but I was very specific. And when I found it, I acted quickly as I knew it wouldn't last.

Finding a GT3 for sale is easy, finding one that has not been modified, crashed, raced or repainted is not as easy. Unlike Ferrari's which tend to be pampered garage potatoes, GT3's are relatively affordable and tend to get used differently. As a result, finding an original unmolested example of Porsche's best ever road car can be like finding a needle in a haystack, particularly as they become older and more affordable. I looked at 20 examples before purchasing my 2007 GT3. Good luck and keep searching to find yourself the right car.

Has anyone out there priced a clean, lower mileage, unmodified 964 RSA lately? A $100K 997.1 GT3 similar condition is a freaking bargain by any relative comparison aside from air vs. water cooled, IMO.
BTW, I've had two RS Americas in the past. Fun cars but on a different planet than a GT3. Wish I still had both of them so I could quadruple my investment!

Looks like pricing on 997 vs. 991 is starting to converge. Lots more 991s on the market.
