Default The Official 997 GT2 / GT3 PTS Thread

I was surprised when a search did not turn up a PTS thread. If I somehow missed it, let me know, and I'll have a mod delete this. Otherwise, post some pics of PTS GT2s / GT3s

It rained this weekend so I'll clean my car next weekend and snap some pictures of my unicorn.

Feel free to post any pics you might have come across even if you're not the owner. Chime in to credit the owner if you know.

Here's a signal yellow 997.2. According to Eduardo, it was delivered in England and is the first and last signal yellow for the 997s.

Wow this is a beaut! Any word on where this car currently is? Someone's collection across the pond I presume?

First off... I will admit that this is cheating. My car was disassembled by the first owner and painted ruby red metallic. As far as I know you will not see another one in this thread, original PTS or otherwise. But this is what it would have looked like if they made it. When it's clean in direct sunlight it's beyond stunning.

It's absolutely my favorite color, but they DID make it, and it wasn't PTS. Granted only two for North America, so super rare.

Interesting! I often wonder if I keep the car long enough to need paint work if I would take it apart and go back to the original color or not. There's a part of me that appreciates putting things back as they were, but the ruby red color is so awesome I'm not sure that I could change it back to Guards Red.
