here are some snaps of that car in WA. looks very clean, waiting to hear back if they have some of the stock parts with the car but was told DME is clean. looks like a well loved car. not sure about paint or love taps, will investigate. might make a move if so.
a PORSCHE dealer is selling a 7.2 gt3 with its engine replaced recently. Set up for track duty with aftermarket suspension bits. I’m cool with that. I inquire and ask for a DME readout and the sales guy says
“well the engine is new only got a few miles on it”
“Do you have a receipt of the engine swap?”
”no”
“can you get a dme report?”
”I don’t think it’s worth - only a couple of thousand miles”

Beside the car itself, I’m just underwhelmed by this dealer’s lack of service and knowledge of a car they are selling. A private seller, sure I have seen many. An “luxury car dealer”, maybe worst than a private seller. But an official Porsche dealer? Come on...
very weird that the previous seller was offered an offer higher than what the car is for sale at from the above mentioned Porsche dealer and he didn’t take it.
^Almost went with BaT , but just listed mine on eBay instead. Lots of interest since I listed it for sale elsewhere but no money has changed hands as of yet- 2 people coming to see it this coming weekend..we will see. I will miss this mint car for sure.
