Not sure if anyone has chimed in about this one. I checked it out and its a bit of a mixed bag.
Some nice aftermarket goodies - but no stock parts available
Bought at auction by dealer (which seems odd for a GT3)
Zero history of maintenance
Third gear is unusually difficult to get in to
A lot of track rash/ scratches
Coolant lines are not pinned
Traction Control Error light flashing
24K mile service doesn't appear to have been done
Needs rear tires (screw in rear tire - not patchable....and both are worn enough to replace)
Car rides very, very firm and has "nervous" handling characteristics on the street (likely a good track set up, though)
The car presents "OK". It may be a good track day car once brought current on maintenance and once the other issues are addressed. Dealership's reputation is inconsistent.

I saw this car this past weekend and it is beyond clean. One of the nicest examples I have seen. I think it's a one owner car. It's close to showroom clean. Chris, I would get some photos of this car up on Rennlist. The price is more than fair IMO at $179K.
